- Western blot of HEK293 lysate overexpressing human MYF6-MYC with MYF6 antibody (0.5ug/ml) in Lane A and anti-MYC (1/1000) in lane C. Mock-transfected HEK293 probed with MYF6 antibody (0.5ug/ml) in Lane B. Predicted molecular weight: ~30kDa, observed here at ~37kDa.
