- Flow cytometry of Orexin Receptor 2 in HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with human Orexin R2/HCRTR2 and eGFP. Samples were incubated in either (A) Orexin Receptor 2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24178) or (B) Mouse IgG2A Isotype Control followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer.
