- Western blot analysis of endogenous PML (mouse) in different murine cell lines using MAb to PML (mouse) (36-1-104) (Prod. No. ALX-804-816). . Method: Total cell extracts (10µg) of the indicated murine cell lines were run on a SDS-gel and revealed with MAb to PML (36-1-104) (1:1'000) for 1 hour at RT followed by incubation with HRP-coupled goat-anti mouse antibody (1:4'000) (Jackson Laboratories). The arrows indicate endogenous PML. Note: the band PML* probably represents an isoform of PML.
