- Immunocytochemistry analysis of EFTUD2 using PC-12 cells. The cells were incubated using 1:400 dilution with EFTUD2 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-57936) (100x lens). Followed by further incubation with Cy3-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) using a 1:500 dilution (Red). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (Blue). Then were counterstained with α-Tubulin Mouse mAb using a 1:400 dilution followed by incubation with ABflo® 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) using a 1:500 dilution (Green). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (Blue).
