- Western Blot: SUFU Antibody - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-61114] - Detection of Sufu, phosphorylated S352 Sufu and HA after immunoprecipitation of HA tagged Sufu Wild Type and Sufu S352A from HEK293T cells. This shows that the anti-phospho-sufu antibody is specific and recognises only the phosphorylated form of Sufu but not a mutant where S352 is mutated to alanine. Also a second antibody recognises Sufu after immunoprecipitation independent of the phosphorylation status.
