- Western blot analysis of BCAM in LNCaP human prostate cancer cell line, human prostate tissue, human kidney tissue, and human thyroid tissue. Samples were incubated in BCAM polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47144) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. Specific bands were detected for BCAM at approximately 70-90 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
