Antigen-antibody complexes were formed by incubating 850 µg cell extract with DLX4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-16602) using a dilution 1:5,000. 2. BP1-specific band after immunoprecipitation (antibody diluted 1:1,000) 3. Negative control for IP in lane 2: cell extract incubated with 50 µL of Protein A/G beads.
