- The whole cell lysate derived from SJCRH30 (human myosacorma) was resolved on 10% SDS-PAGE, and transferred onto NC membrane, and probed by MMP8 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB12713) at 1 : 100. An immunoreactive band at ~65 kDa was observed (A). This immunoreactive band is blocked by pre-incubation with the immunizing peptide (B).
