Dusigitumab (MEDI 573) is a human IgG2¦Ë monoclonal antibody developed as a targeted therapy for cancer. It is designed to neutralize the insulin-like growth factor (IGF) pathway by specifically binding to and inhibiting both IGF2 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 2) and IGF1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1).
