- Western Blot: HIF-3 alpha Antibody [NBP1-03155] - IPF derived fibroblasts have low expression of HIF-3alpha by hypermethylation. Western blot of HIF3alpha in IPF derived fibroblasts after treatment with 2 and 5uM of 5-Aza-2'-deoxycytidine (5-Aza) for 5 days. beta-actin was used as a loading control. - Immunohistochemistry: HIF-3 alpha Antibody [NBP1-03155] - Expression of hypoxia-inducible alpha subunits in normal and diseased lung tissue. There is no significant difference in HIF-3alpha expression in fibroblasts; however, in the alveolar wall, the latter shows a positive IHC reaction in different cellular elements in controls (i) and hypersensitivity pneumonitis (h), while no expression in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (g).
