Experimental details

Immunohistochemistry of Uroguanylin staining in LR White resin section of Human gastric mucosa. The section was incubated with AP23439SU (1/800) overnight at 4°C and detected using Biotin conjugated secondary antibody. The section was counterstained with Methylene-azure blue.
