- According to customer data, this antibody can detect pure human PKD2, endogenous PKD2 in resting neonatal rat cardiac fibroblasts, and it reacts weakly in resting neonatal rat cadiomyocytes. However, it does not detect PKD2 in PMA stimulated rat cells or pure phosphorylated PKD2.
