Immunoblot Analysis: A431 + PMA cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-PKD2 Antibody (1/500 dilution). Proteins were visualized using a donkey anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates PKD2 (105 kDa).
