- Western Blot analysis of Human Type XVII Collagen (Cat.-No. AM02250PU-N) specificity. Keratinocytes extracts were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with Preimmune (Lane 1) and Immune Mouse serum (Lane 2) as well as with AM02250PU-N (Lane 3). AM02250PU-N detects a specific 180 kDa band.

- V-5-8 Monoclonal Antibody labels the dermal-epidermal junction by Immunofluorescence Microscopy:Â A 1/100 dilution of purified V-5-8 IgG was incubated 30 min at room temprature with Frozen Sections of human skin. After washing, bound IgG was visualized using FITC-conjugated antibodies specific for Mouse (B) IgG and (C) IgG2a (all magnification, x400).
