- Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Serotonin Antibody (YC5/45) [NB100-65037] - Analysis of a FFPE tissue section of mouse brain using 1:200 dilution of Serotonin antibody (clone YC5/45). The signal was developed using HRP-DAB method and the nuclei were counterstained using hematoxylin. This antibody generated a specific strong staining in serotonin positive neurons.
