Experimental details

Detection of Nicotinamide N-Methyltransferase/NNMT by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human kidney tissue, human lung tissue, A549 human lung carcinoma cell line, and 786-O human renal cell adenocarcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Nicotinamide N-Methyltransferase/NNMT Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7736) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Nicotinamide N-Methyltransferase/NNMT at approximately 26 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
