- Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat PP2C epsilon/PPM1L by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of BJAB human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, Nb2-11 rat lymphoma cell line, Neuro-2A mouse neuroblastoma cell line, and L1.2 mouse pro-B cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human PP2C epsilon/PPM1L Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6914) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for PP2C epsilon/PPM1L at approximately 35 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
