- WB and IF result of CCM3 antibody (courtesy of Dr. Shah, University of Muenster). IF note: E15 mouse brain cortex was PFA fixed, the sections were antigen retrieved with Na-citrate buffer (pH 6) and blocked with NGS and Triton X100. 1:150 dilution of CCM3 antibody was used with overnight incubation of sections at 4 degrees. Secondary anti-Rabbit conjugated to AF488 was used to detect the staining.
