- Western Blot: DNA Ligase III Antibody (1F3) [NBP1-41190] - Whole cell extracts (30 ug) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with DNA ligase III antibody diluted by 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (NBP2-19382) was used to detect the primary antibody.
