Experimental details

GFR alpha -1/GDNFR alpha -1 in Human Spinal Cord. GFR alpha -1/GDNFR alpha -1 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human spinal cord using Goat Anti-Human GFR alpha -1/GDNFR alpha -1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody at 15 ug/ml overnight at 4°C. Tissue was stained using Anti-Goat HRP-DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to ventral horn motor neurons.
