- According to the literature this antibody recognizes granzyme B1 . Each lot is tested by flow cytometry using peripheral blood leukocytes. Based on this testing it is recommended that 5 µL of antibody be used per 1 x 10^6 cells. For R-PE conjugates excitation 488 nm/peak emission 575 nm. Matching isotype control is available: Ms IgG1 R-PE #MG104.
