- Flow cytometry of Granzyme B in NK‚92 human natural killer lymphoma cell line. Samples were incubated in Granzyme B monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23639) or isotype control antibody. Antibody conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer.
