- Immunohistochemistry analysis of Granzyme B in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human lymph tissue. Samples were incubated with Granzyme B polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-13518) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

- Fig. 3 shows pre- ( a ) and post- ( b ) reovirus IHC staining of the biopsied tumor tissue stained with granzyme B at 40X magnification. Post reovirus (b) section shows atrophy of tumor cells in discrete islands with strong staining for granzyme B and surrounded by fibrous connective tissues a phenomenon commonly observed post tumor regression

- 5 Figure Multiplexed single EV protein profiling. A) Duplexing is developed and tested using EGFR and EpCAM protein profiling. Double positive (EGFR+ EpCAM+) EV subpopulation can be identified through multiplexing. Individual droplets are plotted (gray: empty or specific protein negative droplets, color: specific protein positive droplets). B) Single vesicle multiplexing was expanded to profile three targets (PD-L1, GZMB, and TCF7) from mouse plasma EV using FAM, HEX, and Cy5 fluorophores respectively (scale bar = 100 um).
