Western blot analysis of Gnb4 in whole cell lysate using 30 µg of protein. Samples were separated with 10% SDS-PAGE and incubated with Gnb4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-78551) using a dilution of 1:1000 followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG.

GNB4 Polyclonal Antibody detects G protein beta protein at cell membrane and cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: Jurkat cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
