- Immunoprecipitation of GSTZ1 was performed in mouse liver. Antigen-antibody complexes were formed by incubating 0.5 mg of mouse liver whole cell lysate with 4 µL of GSTZ1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80678). The immune complexes were captured on Immunomagnetic beads Protein A/G. Samples were transferred to a membrane, probed with GSTZ1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80678) at a 1:100 dilution, and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10000. Predicted band size:24 kDa; Observed band size:26 kDa.
