Description

In Western blot, this antibody detects a band at ~13 kDa in mouse pancreas tissue lysate. Rabbit anti HRK antibody detects Harakiri (HRK), also known as Neuronal death protein DP5 or BH3-interacting domain-containing protein 3. HRK is a BH3 only protein of the Bcl-2 family, which promotes Bax dependent apoptosis.
