- Not suitable for detecting Hrk in the human colon cancer cell line RKO. We were able to detect a band but it wasn't at the correct predicted size (similar to the image shown by the supplier) and was not reduced by siRNA transfection against Hrk. We can't rule out that Hrk is not expressed in this cell line, in which case this may be a non-specific band.
