- Detection of Human and Mouse Rab7a by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of SK-Mel-28 human malignant melanoma cell line and B16-F1 mouse melanoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human/Mouse Rab7a Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF7789) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for Rab7a at approximately 23 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
