- Western blot analysis of Klk7 was performed by loading Lane1: Mouse brain tissue lysate (40µg), Lane2: Mouse kidney tissue lysate (40µg) on to a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a Klk7 antibody (Product # PA5-49707) at a 1/600dilution for 20 seconds, followed by Goat anti Rabbit IgG - H&L (HRP) at 1/10000 dilution.
