- Experimental details
- Western blot analysis of RET in 293 cell lysates. Samples were incubated with RET polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-14724). Lysates: 2 µg/lane. 293 cell lysates either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the RET gene (Lane 2).

- Experimental details
- Immunohistochemistry analysis of RET in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue. Samples were incubated with RET polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-14724) which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.
