- Immunohistochemistry analysis of IL-31 in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human testis tissue. Samples were incubated with IL-31 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-26394) which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
