- Western Blot analysis of PUMA was performed by loading (A) HeLa and (B) NIH-3T3 cell lysates. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a PUMA Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA1-29807) at a dilution of 5 µg/mL.
