- This 4NZBRGO antibody has not been tested for reactivity with human GPR109B. Applications Reported: This 4NZBRGO antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: This 4NZBRGO antibody has been pre-diluted and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. This may be used at 5 µL (0.25 µg) per test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. Excitation: 633-647 nm; Emission: 668 nm; Laser: Red Laser. Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.

- Normal human peripheral blood were stained with Anti-Human CD16 PerCP-eFluor® 710 (Product # 46-0168-42), Anti-Human CCR3 APC (Product # 17-1939-42), and Mouse IgG1 K Isotype Control Alexa Fluor® 647 (blue histogram) or Anti-Human GPR109 Alexa Fluor® 647 (purple histogram). CD16-CCR3+ or CD16+CCR3- (Neutrophils) cells in the granulocyte gate were used for analysis.
