- Detection of Rat Adiponectin/Acrp30 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of rat adipose tissue and rat mammary gland tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.25 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Rat Adiponectin/Acrp30 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3100) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Adiponectin/Acrp30 at approximately 33 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
