Nidanilimab (anti-IL-1R3) blocks IL1_ and IL1_ signaling and stimulates the immune system to destroy tumour cells. Nidanilimab (anti-IL-1R3) can be used in research of non-small lung cancer (NSCLC) and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).
