Detection of human RAN by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RAN antibody A304-298A (lot A304-298A-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. RAN was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-RAN antibody A304-297A. For blotting immunoprecipitated RAN, A304-298A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RAN antibody (Product # A304-298A lot 2) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. RAN was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (A304-298A lot 1) and a another antibody against a different epitope of RAN (Product # A304-297A).
