- Western blot of Apolipoprotein D in human liver lysate was performed using 35 µg protein in RIPA buffer. Lysates were probed with an Apolipoprotein D polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-37837) at a dilution of 0.3 µg/mL and incubated for 1 hour, followed by chemiluminescent detection.
