- WB: Rat Brain lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF and probed with anti-NMDAR2C, clone G218B5 (1:1000 dilution). Proteins were visualized using Goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates NMDAR2C (~135 kDa).
