Experimental details

Tissue lysate of mouse brain (60 ug) was resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with FABP7 monoclonal antibody, clone AT1D1 (Cat # MAB2068) (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
