- Immunocytochemistry analysis of IL-12RB2 in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes at 37 ℃, and then blocked with 2% negative goat serum for 30 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated in IL-12RB2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-141067) using a dilution of 1:200 in 2% negative goat serum overnight at 4 ℃ followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (iFluor™ 488) secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:1,000. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control. Nuclear DNA was labelled in blue with DAPI.

- Flow cytometry of IL-12RB2 in THP-1 cells. Cells were washed twice with cold PBS and resuspend then stained with IL-12RB2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-141067) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL (red) at 4℃ for an hour followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugate-Goat anti-Rabbit IgG secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:1,000 for 30 minutes at 4℃. Rabbit IgG Isotype Control (green). Unlabeled sample was used as a control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black).
