- Galanin R2 in Human Brain. Galanin R2 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human brain (hippocampus) using Human Galanin R2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6544) at 25 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to smooth muscle cells of blood vessels. View our protocol for Chromogenic IHC Staining of Paraffin-embedded Tissue Sections.

- Detection of Galanin R2/GALR2 in HEK293 Human Cell Line Transfected with Human Galanin R2/GALR2 and eGFP by Flow Cytometry. HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with human Galanin R2/GALR2 and eGFP was stained with either (A) Mouse Anti-Human Galanin R2/GALR2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6544) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # MAB0041). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.
