- Western Blot: GIPC2 Antibody (1G10) [NBP2-22552] - The cell lysates (40ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human GIPC antibody (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.The cross-reacting of anti-human GIPC (AT1G10) were analyzed by using recombinant protein(20ng) of GIPC1 and GIPC2.
