- Detection of IL-22BP in Human (PBMC) Monocytes by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) monocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD14 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB3832P) and either (A) Mouse Anti-Human IL-22BP Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10871) or (B) Mouse IgG2B Flow Cytometry Isotype Control (Catalog # MAB0041) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005).
