- IL22BP direct ELISA: 96 well were coated overnight with supernatant of HEK293 cells transfected with either adenovirus-mIL22BP (+C, with dilutions as indicated) or adenovirus control (-C) followed by blocking with 5% milk for 2 hour. Incubation with IL22BP polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-21490) for 2 hours (5 µg/mL), followed by anti rabbit IgG- HRP (1:2000) for 30 minutes at room temperature. - Sandwich ELISA of IL22BP. Anti rabbit IgG- Capture anti IL22Ra2 were coated at the concentration of 100 ng/well overnight at 4C. Blocked with milk 5% for 2h.
