Western blot analysis of GNG2 in (Lane 1) human brain lysate (20 µg), (Lane 2) mouse brain lysate (20 µg). Samples probed with GNG2 Antibody (Product # PA5-49529) (N-Term) at a 1:8000 dilution, followed by Secondary Goat Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1:10000 dilution. Predicted band size : 8 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

Experimental details

Immunohistochemistry analysis of GNG2 in paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded human brain tissue sections. Samples were incubated with GNG2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49529) using a dilution of 1:25 for 1 hours at 37°C followed by an undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody. Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 3% BSA for 0.5 hour at room temperature; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with a citrate buffer (pH 6).
