- Immunofluorescent analysis of Collagen I alpha 1 telopeptide in formaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded fibrotic mouse lung tissue using a Collagen I alpha 1 telopeptide polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-35380) showing staining in mature collagen I (red) that has formed fibrils in the extracellular matrix. Prior to staining, antigen retrieval was performed by incubating tissues for 20 min at 90ºC in 10mM sodium citrate (pH 6.0)/0.1 % Tween-20.
