Cell lysates of HeLa, Jurkat, 293T and the extracts of mouse liver tissue(20μg) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to NC membrane and probed with anti-human TGFBI (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjμgated
