- Western Blot was performed using Anti-TGFBI Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-17189) and a 68 kDa band corresponding to Transforming growth factor-beta-induced protein ig-h3 was observed across across the cell lines tested. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of HeLa (Lane 1), HeLa treated with PTI (1X for 4 h; Lane 2), A549 (Lane 3), A549 treated with PTI (1X for 4 h; Lane 4), Raji (Lane 5), Raji treated with PTI (1X for 4 h; Lane 6) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0321BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The Blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:10000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Dura Extended Duration Substrate (Product # 34076).

- Immunofluorescent analysis of Beta-IG-H3 in A549 cells, TGF-beta-treated, using a Beta-IG-H3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-17189) (green). Actin filaments are labeled with a fluorescent red phalloidin. DNA is labeled using a fluorescent blue dye.
