- Cell lysates of HeLa (lane 1) and 293T (lane 2) (20 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with EPM2A monoclonal antibody, clone k2A3 (Cat # MAB2052) (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
