- Detection of Human and Mouse CDC14 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, and C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat CDC14 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4457) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for CDC14 at approximately 70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Specific bands were detected for CDC14 at approximately 50-75 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
